Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at shop@skylark.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with our return address and any additional instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
